current jobs at bottom of this page). We are always looking for contractors that provide solid
workmanship reliably at economic rates for services such as:
- roofing - flooring - plumbing - painting - electrical - general handyman work - landscaping/mowing
- mold remediation - cleaning
- door to door flyer distribution and other marketing support

Some of our business policies:
We will require your insurance certificates faxed to us and will verify those with your insurance carrier.
We will verify expiration date of your license (if applicable).
We will call your listed references.
We will not hire you if any of the information provided turns out to be wrong.
We will require a contract to be signed for every project. Click the link to print or download our standard
contract.
We will not pay for overages, unless a written change order has been signed by us prior to the work.
We have a home inspector inspect every property before we buy and after all work has been completed. His
verdict will be equivalent to an assessment of the quality of your work. Also, your final payment will be
contingent on all thumbs up.
